From your Curogram app dashboard, head over to the patient forms tab.

Click 'Patient Forms'4. Here is your main Patient Form Dashboard.

Welcome to your main patient Forum dashboard. Here, you can easily view the status of each form along with essential details, such as the patient's name submission, time source and the individual who sent the form. Additionally, you'll find action buttons that allow you to take further steps with ease.

By default, the patient form view is set to filter for "All" notifications and those status marked as "Unread".

On the dashboard, you can check the current status of the patient form.

7. Multi-action

You may choose to view, download or get more info by choosing any option on the right side beside the patient form submission item.

When this button is checked, it means it's been reviewed.
