A. Step-by-step instructions
Welcome to the Curogram Official Support Homepage! As part of our continuous improvement efforts to serve you better, this guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you navigate through the Curogram Support Page and its features.
1. Go to support.curogram.com
On your device's browser, go to support.curogram.com and wait for the webpage to load.
2. Redirected to the Official Curogram Support Homepage
You will be redirected to the official Curogram Support Homepage.
3. Search Field
Alternatively, you may enter a word, multiple words, or keywords into the search field to easily find the answer you are looking for.
4. Click the Customer Portal tab
You may also file support tickets directly by navigating to the "Go to Customer Portal" Tab.
5. You will be prompt to login your credentials.
“You will be prompted to log in with your credentials by entering your email address and password. These credentials should be the same as the ones you used to sign up from the email invitation from Curogram Support.
6. Click "Tickets"
Once logged in, you will redirected to this Main Support Ticket Dashboard.
7. Click "File a Support Ticket" tab.
Navigate to the "File a Support Ticket" Tab.
8. Enter & Fill-up the details.
Once done, enter and fill up the necessary details such as your first and last name, phone number, email address, ticket name, and ticket description. In the ticket description field, you may elaborate on the kind of support you need for the specific concern or problem you are encountering. Once everything is set, you may click on the submit button.
9. Confirmation page
You will be redirected to a confirmation page indicating that you have successfully submit the support ticket or form.
10. You can view and track your submitted tickets by navigating to the View All tickets tab.

Once you’re on the "View All Tickets" dashboard, you will see your submitted ticket listed there. This dashboard serves as a comprehensive overview of all your support requests.
12. Click on the specified ticket.
You can also view the details of a ticket by clicking on it.
13. You may respond to this individual ticket dashboard.
You will be redirected to your individual ticket dashboard. From there, you can attach files, respond directly to the support team, and discuss all your concerns in further detail.
14. Support Ticket Email
Lastly, please note that you may receive emails confirming that the support ticket has been received by the Curogram Support Team.
