Flag Words and Phrase Feature

The flag words and phrases feature helps practices stay alert to important or sensitive messages from patients. When enabled it automatically notifies users whenever a patient sends a message containing specific words or phrases that have been flagged in the system.

 

Here's how to enable it.

On the Curogram App dashboard, go to the settings, tab.preview

Click on Settings3. Look for Patient Care Journey Option

Find the account configuration tab and look for "Patient care Journey" option.

Click on Settings

Acknowledge Unsupported Video Notice4. Look for "Flag Words and Phrases"

Scroll down and look for flag words and phrases.
