Learn how to efficiently edit or change the after-hour message using the Curogram App Dashboard.
1. Settings tab
On your Curogram App Dashboard, Navigate to the Settings tab.
2. Click the Conversations tab.
Next, scroll down and navigate to the Account Configurations options and click the Conversation tab.
3. Click the After-hour Message paper button.
Then, under the General Settings, you can see the After-hour Message Options. Just click the paper icon next to it.
4. You can now edit the after-hour message from here.
A pop-up dialog will be shown, from here you can now edit your after-hour message with the help of system-identified variable legends.
5. Once done, click on the Save button.
Do not forget to save your changes.
6. Click the After-hour Message paper button.
Right after that, you can turn on the after-hour message if you would like to.
7. Save the changes.
Once everything is set, save changes.
That's it. You've successfully turn on the after hour message.
