Co-Payment (Co-Pay) Request Feature

We’ve made it easier for your team to collect and manage co-payments without ever leaving the Appointments or Telemedicine Dashboards. With just a click, you can now send co-pay requests, track payment status, and take action on unpaid or completed payments—saving your team time and keeping everything in one place.
 

Go to app.curogram.com

1. Locate Appoints or Telemedicine Tab.

Go to the Appointments or Telemedicine Dashboard and find the relevant appointment.

2. Click "Co-pay"

In the Co-Pay column, click the credit card icon. You’ll see a tooltip: “Click this icon to send a new co-pay request or view the details of an existing request.”

3. No Request?

Depending on the situation, you will encounter various types of pop-ups. If there are no requests yet, a New Invoice window will appear. For telemedicine appointments, the description and amount will automatically populate if available from the EMR, as shown in this image.

4. Unpaid

If Unpaid? You’ll see a Void Invoice option.

5. Paid

If Paid? You’ll see a Refund button.

6. Track payment Status

The Payment Status column shows the real-time status of each request—or stays blank if no request has been sent yet.

7. Filter and Customize Your View

Use the Payment Status filter or customize the columns to show/hide Co-Pay and Payment Status based on your workflow.
