Call Center Working Hours Feature

On this guide, we will discuss about the Call Center Working Hours feature on the Curogram.

Go to app.curogram.com

1. Click on the Settings.

On the Curogram App Dashboard, navigate on the settings.

Click on the Settings.

2. Navigate and click on the Conversations tab.

Next, on the Curogram App Dashboard, navigate to the Conversations tab.

3. Navigate on the Call center working hours.

On the Conversations, navigate to the call center working hours options.

4. Here is an example.

For instance, this specific practice has a schedule from Monday to Friday, while Saturday and Sunday are closed.

Click 'Your user agent does not support the HTML5 Video element.'

5. Connected to After-hour message.

As mentioned, this specific practice is closed every Saturday and Sunday. This is connected to the after-hour message setup. If you have set up the after-hour message, during these days, if the practice is closed, the after-hour message will take over and send your preferred after-hour message.
