Allowed Channels
In this guide, you’ll learn how to enable channels for conversations on the Curogram App.

00:15: On the kilogram app dashboard, go to the conversation table.
00:19: Find and click on the patient's name.
00:23: It should open the specific patient's conversation.
00:26: Click the speaker button found on the upper left corner of the conversation.
00:31: If you can't find a mute button, you can navigate to the 3 dot button and a pop-up will appear displaying the allowed channels.
00:39: Allow SMS when this setting is turned on, the system is able to send text messages to the patient.
00:46: Allow emails when this setting is turned on the system can send email messages to the patient.
00:53: Allow calls when this setting is turned on the system can send voice. Notification calls to the patient changing a toggle. In any one of the three locations, the Bell icon, the patient profile or the patient details. Modal will automatically update the other two

1. Conversations Tab

2. Find the patient's name.
3. Patient's conversation
4. Speaker Button
5. Open the three dot button
6. Explainer Allow SMS, Email and Calls

7. Practice Admin and SuperAdmin
To do this navigate to the "Settings, then go to "Account configuration"section and find the "Conversations" Tab and configure your default allowed channels option.
