Allowed Channels

In this guide, you’ll learn how to enable channels for conversations on the Curogram App.

00:53: Allow calls when this setting is turned on the system can send voice. Notification calls to the patient changing a toggle. In any one of the three locations, the Bell icon, the patient profile or the patient details. Modal will automatically update the other two

Go to app.curogram.com

1. Conversations Tab

On the Curogram app dashboard, go to the conversation table.


2. Find the patient's name.

Find and click on the patient's name.

3. Patient's conversation

It should open the specific patient's conversation.

4. Speaker Button

Click the speaker button found on the upper left corner of the conversation.

5. Open the three dot button

If you can't find a mute button, you can navigate to the 3 dot button and a pop-up will appear displaying the allowed channels.

6. Explainer Allow SMS, Email and Calls

Allow SMS when this setting is turned on, the system is able to send text messages to the patient. Allow emails when this setting is turned on the system can send email messages to the patient. 7. Practice Admin and SuperAdmin

For practice's super admin users and users with admin access, you can set default options for all conversations whenever a new user is added.
To do this navigate to the "Settings, then go to "Account configuration"section and find the "Conversations" Tab and configure your default allowed channels option.
