A. Step-by-step instructions
This guide will walk you through the steps to manually send a survey using the Curogram app. Follow these instructions to directly send surveys to your patients.
Go to app.curogram.com
1. Click the magnifying glass icon to search the patient.
On the Curogram App Dashboard, navigate to and click the magnifying glass icon to search for the patient's name to whom you would like to send the survey.
2. Search for the patient to whom you want to send the survey.
A "find patients" dialogue will pop up. Under the search text, type the name of the patient and a list of patient or patients will be shown.
3. Once you find the name of the patient, you may now click the Heart icon to send the survey.
You'll see four buttons beside the patient's name. Click the heart button to send the survey manually.
4. A confirmation dialogue will appear confirm that the survey has been sent.
Lastly, a dialogue will pop up indicating that the survey has been successfully sent to the patient.
That's it. You've successfully sent a survey.
